About the Team
The Program Management team sits within BlueLabs' Insights division. We lead and coordinate the processes that drive successful execution of internal initiatives and client deliverables across sectors. Our team works closely with engineering, polling, data science, analytics, and client teams to provide strategic guidance, streamline operations, and ensure alignment across projects.
About the Role
The Project Manager I, Special Projects will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating client-facing and internal projects across BlueLabs. This includes supporting business development initiatives, overseeing the execution of public opinion surveys, and managing ad hoc engineering and analytics work.
This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Associate Director of Program Management, the Project Manager will be instrumental in enhancing workflow efficiency, tracking progress, and driving measurable outcomes.

We strive to hire efficiently and transparently. We expect to onboard this position in October 2025. To get there, we anticipate the successful candidate will complete three interviews (HR 15 minutes, hiring manager 45 minutes, and team interview 60 minutes), all virtually, as well as a technical skills assessment.
What We Offer:
The salary for this position is $85,000.
The salary range for candidates who meet the minimum posted qualifications reflects the Company's good faith understanding and belief as to the wage range, and is accurate as of the date of this job posting.
