The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. ResponsibilitiesGeneral Purpose: The Project Manager I will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of the Sustaining Change Project including the Leadership Initiative for Transformation (LIFT) initiative, dedicated to fostering resilience, leadership development, and health equity in under-supported communities. This role will be responsible for managing, project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the successful implementation of the Sustaining Change Project and embedded initiatives. Additionally, the Project Manager I will supervise and mentor a Project Assistant, providing guidance on day-to-day tasks, professional development, and project execution. Under the guidance of senior leadership for Sustaining Change, the Project Manager will define program goals, monitor impact, and implement strategies to maximize community engagement and sustainability.
