About the Position We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role is pivotal in ensuring that large-scale commercial projects-valued at $20M and above-are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will oversee project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage all phases of project execution, with a strong focus on HVAC and plumbing systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent field experience will also be considered. 5+ years of project management experience in commercial mechanical construction, specifically with HVAC and plumbing systems. Proven track record managing large commercial projects ($20M+). Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in construction software and documentation. BIM experience is a plus.
