Project ManagerPosition Overview The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role focuses on coordinating all aspects of project management including planning, estimating, and execution in the heavy civil sector, particularly in excavation, highway, and bridge construction.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in heavy civil projects.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong estimating skills and experience in budgeting for construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
