Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering secure, schedule-driven government construction projects with a focus on quality, client satisfaction, and team leadership. You'll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with contract documents and regulatory requirements. The Successful Applicant5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on government sector projects. Experience working for mid-to-large sized general contractors or CMs on projects with high security or federal requirements. Strong understanding of public procurement processes and federal construction standards. Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and maintain high client satisfaction. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Ability to pass background checks; existing clearance or AOC badging is a major plus. Local to the DMV region (DC, Northern VA, MD) preferred.
