Job Title: Mid-Level Project Manager – Geologist / Environmental Scientist

Location: Doylestown, PA (Hybrid work-from-home available)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to join our growing environmental consulting team. This role involves managing environmental and geologic projects from start to finish, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental consulting, technical writing, and project management, particularly in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client needs are met with high quality and timely responses.
  • Understand technical and compliance requirements to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Prepare reports and proposals for Pennsylvania (Act 2) and/or New Jersey Site Remediation Program (SRP) projects.
  • Schedule and manage projects, personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Manage client communications, budgets, and expectations.
  • Perform detailed analysis and management of environmental data (soil, water, vapor).
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Support business development efforts and maintain client relationships.
  • Design and cost field programs while ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of environmental/geologic consulting experience.
  • Professional Geologist (P.G. – PA) or Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP – NJ) license a plus.
  • Strong technical report and proposal writing skills.
  • Experience in diverse project types: Phase I/II ESAs, Act 2, NJ SRP, RCRA, Brownfield, Geotechnical/Soils, etc.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulatory programs in PA and/or NJ.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and teams.
