Project Manager for Community College Partnerships (7398U) Job 79358 - Data Science Undergraduate Studies (DSUS) at UC Berkeley. This role supports the development, deployment, and scaling of data science curriculum across multiple instructional formats, including outside UC Berkeley. The ideal candidate will coordinate instructional design, technology platform support, and curricular innovation, and collaborate with faculty, technologists, and student teams to advance inclusive, scalable, and impactful data science education. The position will help to run the National Workshop on Data Science Education, the California Alliance for Data Science Education, and the outreach efforts around DSUS curriculum.
Departmental Overview: Data Science Undergraduate Studies (DSUS) offers a range of academic, co curricular and enrichment programs—including the Data Science major and minor—with a wide-reaching impact both across UC Berkeley and beyond. DSUS is part of the College of Computing, Data Science and Society (CDSS), which strives to develop, implement and share high-quality, ethics-oriented and accessible curricula, educating a diverse student body in data science, computing and statistics. Core to the college is an understanding of how computing and data science affect equality, equity, and opportunity—and the capacity to respond to social challenges.

It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $72,600 - $94,800.
