The Project Manager for the Energy Division is responsible for managing smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex Energy project. The person may manage a team or serve as a project lead and will be responsible for ensuring the project schedule and deadlines are adhered to.

• Develop client relationships by providing project status updates to clients and leadership
• Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for projects
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure the scope and direction of the project are on schedule
• Develop budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, and other reports as necessary
• Delegate work and serve as a mentor to Project Engineers. Provide coaching and performance feedback as necessary

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
• Proven ability to manage small teams
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office products such as Excel
