Project Manager- Electrical - ATWORK : Job Details

Local Construction Company seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong estimating skills and extensive electrical knowledge to join our team. This role will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical systems within the concrete construction industry and a strong ability to manage all project phases, from estimation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review estimates for electrical components of concrete construction projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Oversee procurement and installation of electrical systems within concrete structures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare reports and documentation to track project performance and financials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, specifically in concrete construction with a focus on electrical work.
• Strong estimating experience with the ability to prepare and analyze cost projections.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installations as they relate to concrete construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and estimating software is a plus.
