They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their growing team!
Job DescriptionManage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation; oversee contracts, change orders, and cost controls.
Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and safety compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders; maintain strong relationships and communication.
Oversee permitting and inspections; ensure adherence to local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards.
Utilize project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) for reporting, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial construction.
Familiarity with self-storage construction projects is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
A proactive and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
OSHA certification is a plus.
