**Project Manager Customer Relationship Management**
CRM New York, New York * Support the EVP Revenue Management with customer acquisition and retention projects
* Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
* Provide project updates (tasks, adjustments, progress) on a consistent basis to various stakeholders within the Marketing and Customer Experience departments
* Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage them in an effective and efficient manner
* Evaluate project performance and document results and learnings
* Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
* Prepare, host and follow-up meetings
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of project management experience
* Relevant knowledge with subscription-based services (SaaS)
* Ability to handle various projects at the same time and across departments
* Flexibility to adjust to changes in a fast-paced start-up environment
* Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
* Proven ability to execute projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
* Data-driven mindset and strong communication skills
