Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yrOverview The counterintelligence manager is responsible for overseeing the company's counterintelligence risks, including protecting critical infrastructure and proprietary information from threat actors such as foreign intelligence entities and nation-states. The role involves ensuring consistency across physical, information, counterintelligence, and digital security domains. The manager will collaborate with teams like digital security investigators, supply chain risk managers, executive protection agents, and intelligence analysts to identify threats and implement protective measures.Responsibilities Identify, assess, and mitigate risks posed by foreign intelligence entities, insider threats, and adversarial activities.Conduct discreet investigations collaborating with US intelligence agencies.Maintain and submit Counterintelligence/Insider Threat policies.Develop strategies to safeguard sensitive information and personnel.Monitor foreign intelligence activities and educate the workforce on threats.Coordinate with departments for overseas travel readiness.Liaise with local, state, and federal agencies.Report findings to management and stakeholders.Provide briefings and conduct debriefings on trends and threats.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree + 15 years in Government/Law Enforcement/Military OR Master's Degree + 15 years in the same fields.Proficiency in computer use, strong communication, interpersonal skills, experience in interviews and briefings, intelligence data analysis, and demonstrated CI investigation experience.Current TS-level clearance and eligibility.USIC Joint Duty Certification preferred.Licenses and Certifications Driver's License required.Eligible for HR 218 or equivalent license required.Physical Demands Respond to emergencies, perform extended driving, travel to work sites, work rotating shifts, and transport equipment.Additional Physical Demands Respond to emergencies, sit, stand, and use computers and phones.Other Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: OtherJob function: Project Management and ITIndustries: Utilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
