The Role
Location: Preferred to live in MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, VA, MD. REMOTE WITH 50% TRAVEL REQUIRED.
GTI is growing! We seek a logistical genius and construction management guru to oversee CPG construction projects. As a Construction Project Manager for GTI CPG, you will serve as the liaison between GTI HQ and our Cultivation/Processing Facility build-outs, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budgets are maintained. You should have excellent communication skills to work with subcontractors, vendors, and teammates. Proven experience managing 20+ projects across a national landscape is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage CPG construction projects and smaller business imperative, repair, or energy upgrade projects as required.
- Lead all phases of construction project management, including feasibility, scheduling, budgeting, planning, design, FF&E procurement, and startup coordination.
- Act as the single point of contact for field execution, coordinating with stakeholders, departments, contractors, suppliers, and authorities, making data-driven decisions professionally.
- Prepare and update project status reports, tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
- Track project performance in cost, schedule, and scope delivery.
- Develop an execution plan with a resource-loaded critical path schedule.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations, enforcing GTI's standards.
Working Conditions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of construction project management experience; 7+ preferred.
- Experience managing multi-site/multi-state locations.
- Proficiency with construction budgets and management software (Primavera P6, Procore, Timberline, Rocor, PlanGrid).
- Knowledge of planning, operations, and manufacturing.
- Advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, estimating, scheduling, and database applications.
- Self-motivated, innovative, able to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High critical thinking and professionalism, including confidentiality.
- Compliance with GTI rules, regulations, and policies.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Additional Requirements
- Pass background checks.
- Remain compliant with industry regulations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum age of 21.
- Approval by state badging agency for cannabis industry work.
The pay range is $100,000—$120,000 USD, based on experience and location. Positions may qualify for an annual incentive program.
