Project Manager/Construction Manager - Reuben Cooley : Job Details

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in $10M+ Industrial Construction projects and a background in construction management or trades. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Senior Project Manager, you will lead industrial construction projects across multiple disciplines.
• Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Create and update project schedules.
• Manage project execution and administrative tasks using project management software.
• Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
• Lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Comply with standards and operating procedures, including those pertaining to ISO9001:2015.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with industrial projects up to $10 M.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent trade experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Proven ability to lead multi-trade construction teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
