Our client, a reputable and steadily growing general contractor, in the Maryland region is looking to bring on an experienced Construction Project Manager to help lead a variety of commercial projects from the ground up or interior fit-outs.Salary: $95,000 - $115,000Project Manager Offering:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through final punch.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and design partners.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specs.
• Track and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and job cost reports.
• Resolve issues proactively and keep projects moving forward.

Project Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive schedules, and control costs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required.
