Project Manager - Commercial ConstructionConfidential | Albuquerque or Hobbs, NM | $130,000-$150,000 + Bonus + Full BenefitsWe're recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a highly regarded general contractor in New Mexico known for delivering complex, high-impact commercial projects across the state. What You'll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects from precon through close-out
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet timelines and budget targets
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of the project
  • Lead subcontractor scope review, contract management, and procurement processes
  • Track schedules, monitor job costs, and prepare project reporting
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and satisfaction
Who You Are:
  • Experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project documentation, and scheduling tools
  • Excellent communicator and team collaborator
  • Based in New Mexico (or open to relocating to Albuquerque or Hobbs)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
