Duties
Manage client expectationsProvide project leadership and supervisionOversee project document control, ensuring completeness and proper managementManage and prepare cost proposals and change ordersDevelop project budgets and oversee buy-out/contractingHandle project accounting, including owner billings and subcontractor paymentsMaintain budgets and control costs throughout the projectManage submittals, RFIs, and documentation requirementsDevelop and manage CPM schedulesManage subcontractors, procurement, and monitor budgets and billingsCoordinate with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnelRequirements
Experience managing multiple construction projects or a large, complex project in commercial or public works sectorsDegree in construction management, construction science, or related field preferredStrong knowledge of current construction methods, materials, and regulationsAbility to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activitiesGood communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project or similar scheduling softwareValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordSpecial Considerations
Experience with school bond projects (e.g., SDUSD, LAUSD)Procore software experienceHigher Education or Healthcare project experienceBenefits
