Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle: budgeting, bidding, contracts, scheduling, QA/QC, financials, and closeout.
- Build and lead a high-performance team including APMs, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design partners, trade partners, and clients.
- Drive execution against project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants—ensuring repeat business.
- Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or equivalent platforms to ensure transparency and project control.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal growth, culture, and process excellence.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and risk mitigation throughout the construction process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (data centers a plus).
- Proven track record managing projects $5M+ in scope from pre-con to closeout.
- Confident communicator with clients and internal teams.
- Strong knowledge of contract documents, scopes of work, estimating, and scheduling.
- Experience with design-build or fast-track environments preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
