About Our ClientMy client is a family-owned commercial concrete construction firm based in Montgomery County PA. Established in 1958, and known across the Tri-state area for high-quality concrete foundations, flatwork, reinforced and post-tension concrete, concrete paving, equipment sales, and concrete pumping.Job Description

• Lead project planning: budgets, schedules, subcontracts, procurement
• Coordinate on-site activities: crews, subcontractors, equipment
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and project-level financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
• Communicate regularly with clients, general contractors, engineers, and stakeholders
• Review technical drawings, specs, coordinate with field foremen
• Manage risk and proactively solve field issues
• Conduct site visits and inspections of quality and progress
• Close out projects: punch lists, client acceptance, documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial concrete project management
• Proven ability managing budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• In-depth knowledge of concrete construction processes: foundations, flatwork, post-tension, structural
• Commitment to safety and OSHA compliance
• Capable of working in field conditions; valid driver's license required
