This position will report to the DEQ PMO, planning and coordinating DEQ's Permitting Transformation Project (PTP) to consolidate several systems into a single digital system comprising processes associated with the American Rescue Plan Act.

REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, organizing and leading large, complex digital transformation projects with high risk: Required - 7 Years
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with program owners, program team and/or leadership: Required - 7 Years
  • Demonstrated experience with developing, managing, and/or monitoring the integrated master schedule, using project management software: Required - 5 Years
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing a risk and/or mitigation plan advocating for project alternatives: Required - 5 Years
  • Ability to advocate project alternatives in line with enterprise standards; and use lessons learned from projects to develop best practices for future: Required
