Position OverviewThis role functions as a Project Manager within the Commercial Roofing Division, overseeing project lifecycle management, coordinating between departments, and ensuring project efficiency and profitability through effective resource and schedule management.

A Day in the Life

• Manage the full project scope from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate project pre-planning and scheduling.
• Handle contracts, submittals, change orders, and client communications.
• Oversee project budgets, costs, and profit margins.
• Participate in site walks and meetings with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or 3-5 years related experience.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Blueprint reading and negotiation skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
