Job Description- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and clients.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoices related to the construction process.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor should have:
- 2+ years managing ground up commercial or multifamily construction with General Contractor
- A background in managing commercial construction projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
