Because of our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in pre-construction or estimating, to lead and manage commercial and healthcare construction projects from design through final closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards - with particular emphasis on the pre-construction phase, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with design teams.Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development (DD), and construction estimates and proposals.
- Produce polished, professional documents in various formats.
- Develop detailed, accurate budgets from early project concepts.
- Provide clear clarifications and creative solutions to project challenges, prioritizing client objectives.
- Facilitate a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
- Generate project or client-specific marketing materials to demonstrate our capabilities.
- Assist with phone calls/emails to follow up to close open items such as subcontracts or proposals
- Maintain and monitor various tracking logs and electronic document management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience, of recent Construction Industry Experience.
- Proven success managing preconstruction activities for negotiated projects
- Prior experience using Procore
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word; digital takeoff skills preferred
- Established knowledge of, and relationships within, the Central Pennsylvania construction
