Seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, specifically in multifamily housing, student housing, office, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively manage construction projects from inception to completion. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction with focus on multifamily, student, office, and industrial housing
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
