The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet budget and schedule objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in commercial projects.
