Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

What You Need for this PositionBs In CM Or Similar And More Than 5 Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of All Phases Of Construction Management Including

• History of managing commercial, healthcare and higher education projects in the New England market preferred
• Provide clear and articulate direction to team-members
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience with pre-construction and estimating
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Strong administrative skills--ability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records and time-management
• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office programs and MS Project preferred
