Additional Information About the Role

BJC is looking for a Project Manager for our clinical equipment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and clinical equipment. Must be located in the greater St. Louis region.

Within Clinical Engineering, our mission is to provide a team of empowered professionals committed to improving patient care and supporting medical technology. Our Clinical Asset Management team offers operational support and maintenance for diagnostic, treatment, and patient support technologies, including maintenance services, asset management, and project planning.

Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose

Manages small to mid-size projects and teams to achieve engagement goals and business outcomes. Responsibilities include project scoping, planning, execution, change management, team facilitation, risk mitigation, stakeholder reporting, and supporting project management training aligned with PMI and PMBOK standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, plan, execute, and track progress.
  • Facilitate change management and team collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks/issues.
  • Prepare stakeholder reports and dashboards.
  • Develop work breakdown structures, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Track task completion, risks, and schedule adjustments.
Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Experience: Less than 2 years.

Supervisor Experience: None required.

Preferred Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related.

Experience: 2-5 years.

Supervisor Experience: Less than 2 years.
