JVM is a fast growing small business providing Professional Services to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The Company has big ambitions and is seeking a Project Manager who is ready to make an immediate impact.

Position Overview

JVM Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our Occupational Health Clinic. This role requires a skilled professional who can manage multiple healthcare projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional occupational health services to our client organizations and their employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor all aspects of occupational health clinic operations including pre-employment screenings, workplace injury management, and preventive health programs
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans for clinic services
• Coordinate with medical staff, administrative personnel, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
• Serve as primary liaison with corporate clients regarding occupational health services
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinic operations
• Manage client contracts and ensure service level agreements are met consistently
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems for medical records, incident reports, and regulatory submissions
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including nurses, medical assistants, administrative staff, and support personnel
• Ensure continuing education and training requirements are met
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Foster a collaborative work environment focused on patient safety and service excellence
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and service reviews
• Identify opportunities for and process improvements
• Handle client concerns and escalated issues in a professional and timely manner
• Develop and manage clinic budgets, including staffing, equipment, and operational expenses
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures as needed
• Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses for senior management
• Ensure all clinic operations comply with NASA, OSHA, CDC, and other relevant healthcare regulations
• Support other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, or a related field
• 5+ years of a combination of clinical and/or occupational medicine experience, within the last 2 years
• Possess and maintain American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems and electronic health records
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with occupational health regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service orientation with ability to build and maintain client relationships
