Project Manager - Civil Engineer - Keith : Job Details

Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion. Design and oversee site development plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management. Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success. Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, and specifications. Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams. Engage in business development, including proposal preparation and client relationship management. Qualifications & Skills:4 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development. EI or PE license in Florida. Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3 D, stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
