We are committed to delivering innovative solutions and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Professional Civil Engineer in our Port Saint Lucie office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, infrastructure design, permitting, and client relations. This role requires technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior staff.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion.
  • Design and oversee site development plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
  • Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Engage in business development, including proposal preparation and client relationship management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
  • EI or PE license in Florida.
  • Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience navigating permitting processes with agencies such as SFWMD, municipalities, and counties.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
