Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage design, construction, and occupancy activities for healthcare construction/renovation projects ($100,000+). Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate operationalization and occupancy with stakeholders, prioritizing patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Work experience may not substitute for education.
• Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC) certification by ASHE preferred.
