Are you looking for an opportunity to grow into a Project Manager for Electrical Projects? Adams, Inc. has been in the electrical contracting business since 1988 - providing solutions for businesses and home owners in Southeastern Wisconsin. We are looking to add an Electrical Project Manager Apprentice to our team. In this position, you will play a dual role designed to provide hands-on experience in the electrical trade while developing foundational project management skills. You will spend approximately 50% of your time working in the field alongside experienced electricians and 50% in the office supporting project managers. This structure is intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of project flow, from initial planning through final execution. This is a five-year apprenticeship with a pathway to become a Junior Project Manager and ultimately a Project Manager. There is also a pathway to obtain your Journeyman Electrician License (applicable Department of Workforce Development polices/compliance, and all applicable laws regulating electrician licensing must be adhered to).
