Project Manager - AI - Kaav : Job Details

How are you doing? I have an urgent resource need for a Project Manager that has AI skills that is based in NJ. The resource would be needed initially for 6 months. The program manager is going to provide me with more information on the technical skills required. We would like to get resumes today and have a resource selected and onboarded by next week. • Manage end to end project delivery with all of the workstreams
• Collaborate and Define project requirements and success criteria
• Multi-tenet
• Develop and manage project plans and RAID logs and adhere to J&J project Management standard
• Coordinate with J&J technology lead
• Coordinate and facilitate with cross-functional teams
  • Add Structure
• Manage project risks and issues
• Monitor project progress and track milestones - weekly / recurring updates
• Strong communication skills and relationship with stakeholders
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proven experience in PM - core competency
• AI required, GenAI nice to have
• Deep learning, neural networks
• PMP preferred, not required
• Communicate with CTO and Senior Leaders
• Conversational AI, Sagemaker knowledge
• 3-4 rounds of interviews with Tech Lead, Program Mgr, Architect and the VPs
