We are a leading architectural panel and glazing systems manufacturer specializing in high-performance, custom-built solutions. Our ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panel division is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to join our team.

Position Summary:We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in both estimating and project management, who also has direct experience with the ACM panel manufacturing process. This is not a paper-pusher role — we need someone who understands the shop, the fabrication process, and how to keep projects moving from bid to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare take-offs and estimates for ACM panel projects

• Manage projects from award through final installation

• Coordinate with drafting, fabrication, and field crews to ensure accuracy and schedule adherence

• Track budgets, change orders, materials, and job costing

• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, architects, and internal teams

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and shop details

• Identify and solve problems proactively, both in the office and on the shop floor

• Assist with procurement and scheduling of materials and deliveries

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the ACM panel industry or architectural metal systems

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong estimating skills and proficiency with take-offs

• Hands-on manufacturing/fabrication knowledge is a MUST

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to read construction drawings and understand shop fabrication workflows

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CAD and/or estimating software a plus
