Project Manager - $450M+ General Contractor - Michael Page : Job Details

Partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout.

Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value.

Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders.

Assist Senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts.

Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines.

Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead.

Travel as necessary to job sites.

Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus).

5+ years of experience with a general contractor.

Prior experience working as a project manager.

Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.

Client-facing experience is a must.

Software proficient (ex: procore).

Competitive base salary $100,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience.
