Professional - Position Job Number 370####### Start Date Open Date 05/20/2025 Closing Date PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and monitor at least ten grant-funded programs to ensure alignment with 21st CCLC, district, and state protocols. Assist with curriculum, activity schedules, lesson plans, and program protocols for after-school programs. Conduct school site visits to evaluate program quality and recommend improvements. Support onboarding, training, and payroll for after-school program staff. Supervise personnel, including selection, development, and evaluation. Serve as an Afterschool Site Coordinator as needed. Deliver training, professional development, and workshops for staff. Collaborate with district departments, schools, and community agencies to enhance program operations and opportunities. Maintain accurate records, financial reports, and program documentation. Oversee procurement processes and vendor relations for grant-funded projects. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding agency regulations. Prepare and submit periodic reports and deliverables. Uphold professionalism and adhere to school board policies. Stay updated on field developments and attend job-related workshops or conferences. Perform other duties as assigned.
