Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • - Lead project teams and coordinate resources to execute project tasks and achieve project milestones.
  • - Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and identify risks and issues proactively.
  • - Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
2. Stakeholder Management:
  • - Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, developers, designers, and other project team members.
  • - Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly and facilitate decision-making processes as needed.
  • - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project priorities, requirements, and timelines.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
  • - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • - Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback on performance.
  • - Identify training and development needs for team members and support their professional growth and skill enhancement.
4. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
  • - Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • - Conduct thorough testing and validation of software deliverables to identify and address defects and issues.
  • - Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project success.
5. Client Relationship Management:
  • - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • - Manage client expectations and negotiate changes to project scope, schedule, and budget as necessary.
  • - Foster positive client relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and a commitment to delivering value.

Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

  • - Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
  • - Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet and Resource Manager or other similar tools.
  • - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • - Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving project success.
  • - Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships is preferred.
