Job title: Project Lead – Personal Care Contract Manufacturer

Location: San Bernardino County, CA

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (Direct Hire)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from customer commitment through implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and develop detailed project specifications.

• Provide regular status updates to senior management and project teams.

• Maintain project tracking documentation and assist in developing BOMs for new products.

• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Engineering to manage product formulas, production capabilities, and testing processes.

• Manage change part communications and coordinate trial schedules with Quality and Production teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Project) and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
