Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a projects finance lawyer.
• Experience drafting and negotiating the principal financing documentation.
• Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
• Experience reviewing project documentation preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Experience: minimum of 5 years of practice with a Large National Law Firm. Lateral candidates only, currently practicing in this same practice group at a Top 350 law firm.

Seeking a senior lawyer with 5+ years of Project Finance experience to join as a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel. The candidate should have strong skills in drafting and negotiating financing documentation, with a background in renewable energy project finance. Experience in reviewing project documentation is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, and other energy transition technologies.

This position will be part of our market-leading Projects team, ranked Band 1 in all relevant categories, working on some of the most complex projects globally.
