• Experience reviewing project documentation preferred.

Location options include Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.

Additional Details:

• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state where practicing.
• Candidates should be coming from a large national law firm (Top 350) and currently practicing in the same practice group.
• Position is suitable for senior lawyers with 5+ years of project finance experience, potentially at the Senior Associate or Senior Counsel level.
