SUMMARY:
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Project Executive with the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The role involves providing overall management for large projects, leading project teams, maintaining customer relations, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be flexible, resourceful, proactive, efficient, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain successful customer and community relationships.- Conduct key customer service visits from pre-construction to project close-out.
- Review proposals and participate in RFP processes.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned projects.
- Maintain ongoing relationships to stay informed about current and future projects.
- Support business development by building client relationships.
- Oversee large projects, managing contract administration, budgets, costs, and profitability.
Provide leadership to project teams.- Review work of project managers.
- Mentor and develop team members for future roles.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment.
- Lead by example, providing coaching and performance management.
Perform other duties as assigned, including managing quality, risk, safety, and compliance, and making well-planned decisions for project success.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of construction management experience overseeing large projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to closeout.
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge of construction law and business practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and web applications.
- Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and knowledge of EEO, inclusive behaviors, and affirmative action plans.

Compensation:
The base salary range is $164,000 - $246,000, with adjustments based on location, experience, and skills.
