Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Executive to lead our division in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale commercial concrete construction projects, oversee divisional operations, and drive strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, financial oversight, and team leadership while fostering client relationships and promoting a culture of safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operations of the division, ensuring efficient project delivery and estimator performance.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including net billings, retainage, and gross margin targets.
  • Oversee staffing levels, provide training, and ensure comprehensive development for division personnel.
  • Drive profit and loss management, supervising budgets, cost controls, contracts, and equipment.
  • Promote and enforce safety measures across all levels of the division.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop strategies to achieve profit goals and enhance overall divisional performance.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Analyze construction plans and specifications for accurate cost estimates and project planning.
  • Monitor project contracts to minimize risk and financial exposure for the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive construction management experience, ideally within a subcontractor environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of concrete construction, including post-tension, foundations, and elevated structures.
  • Proven success in divisional management, with a focus on cost control, scheduling, safety, and quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software such as PlanSwift, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and financial operations.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
