Project Executive - Thor Companies : Job Details

Our client is in need of a seasoned Project Executive to lead complex, high-stakes electrical construction projects in Northern Virginia, with a focus on hyperscale data centers and other mission-critical environments.

As a strategic leader, you'll oversee multiple large-scale projects, guide senior project teams, and drive client relationships, financial performance, and operational excellence across the board.

What You'll Do

• Lead project strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple high-profile jobs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale and mission-critical clients
• Oversee project teams (PMs, APMs), mentoring and driving results
• Manage budgets, risk, and performance at the portfolio level
• Collaborate with executives, estimating, preconstruction, and field leadership
• Represent the company at the highest level in client and industry forums

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction
• Proven leadership on mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects
• Expertise in project delivery, team management, and client relations
• Strong business acumen with ability to manage multiple multimillion-dollar projects
• Electrical contracting background required
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
