They are looking to hire a Project Estimator who will play a critical role in the success of their projects, analyzing plans, coordinating resources, and developing detailed cost estimates that support high-level decision-making and competitive bids. Your experience in operational planning-analyzing terrain, logistics, and mission requirements-translates seamlessly into evaluating blueprints, specifications, and site conditions. With your discipline under pressure, you're well-prepared to meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and composure in high-stakes situations.In this position, you'll:- Review and interpret construction documents to prepare detailed time, labor, and cost estimates- Develop quantity takeoffs, unit pricing, and bid analyses for both subcontracted and self-performed work- Evaluate materials, manpower, equipment, and logistics to build comprehensive and itemized cost breakdowns- Conduct field visits and site condition assessments are part of the role, along with coordination with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure clarity and alignment Additionally, you'll support company leadership by providing estimates that drive planning, scheduling, and vendor selection, while working independently and collaboratively with senior estimators, project managers, and business development professionals.
