As the Project Engineering Manager for Water & Wastewater, you will manage execution of the engineering component of multiple traditional, design-build, design-bid-build, and collaborative delivery projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians on high profile municipal projects
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and correspondence with clients and project management in support of a project

This position will be on a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office and 2 days remote, out of either our Dallas or Ft. Worth, TX offices.

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing
• Minimum of 8 years related work experience

• PE license
• Experience executing multi-discipline WWTP (wastewater treatment plant) upgrades and expansion projects

• Reviews lower-level engineering work or assignments
• Hiring, mentoring, performance management and pay administration of assigned personnel

• Typical office environment with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote)
• Ability to utilize audio/videoconferencing software tools for internal/external communication
• Sitting/standing/computer usage for extended periods of time
• Travel to client sites
