Project Engineer - Roadway Design - Tetra Tech : Job Details

Design FDOT roadway projects including resurfacing, reconstruction, widening, and intersection improvements. Develop complete FDOT plan sets and their respective plan components. 3 D modeling efforts using Open. Roads Designer (ORD) and FDOT Connect standards is a plus. Prepare typical section packages, pavement design reports, and design exceptions/variations. Calculate quantities and prepare Estimated Quantities Reports and construction cost estimates. Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Provide guidance to entry level engineers and interns on FDOT Plans Production. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Minimum 2 years of roadway design experience on FDOT projects. 4 plus years of experience are preferred. Current EIT certification will be required for this position.
