Project Engineer/Project Manager - S.T. Wooten Corporation : Job Details

\n. The efficient management of assigned projects. Position has direct responsibility for contract administration, change orders, claims and completion of assigned projects on time within specifications and budget. Candidate will report to the Division Manager, Senior Project Manager, or General Superintendent.\n. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:\n 1.) Assist Vice Presidents and Division Managers in estimating, contract development and administration.\n 2.) Assist Division Manager and Superintendent in progress schedules and scheduling support crews and subcontractors.\n 3.) Meet with engineers, architects and clients to coordinate and price required design changes and to negotiate change orders as necessary.\n 4.) Review and evaluate plans and specifications, cost, schedules, job assignments, equipment utilization and needs, personnel needs, and selection and performance of subcontractors.\n 5.) Review and execute plan revisions, work orders and claims as needed.\n 6.)
