Job Description:The Project Engineer will oversee consulting projects in areas such as structural inspections, reserve studies, water intrusion investigation, property turnover surveys, concrete restoration, painting and waterproofing, asset lifecycle analysis, property conditions surveys, asphalt pavement evaluations, drainage, erosion, and settlement, roof consulting and design, expert witness services, seawalls & retaining walls, building sciences, project management, building envelope, (O.A.R.) services, geotechnical, and environmental studies. Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

• BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 4-6 years' experience and registered PE license.
• Experience in at least three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades, and fenestration.
• Hands-on approach, willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with staff and clients.
