They are in immediate need of a Mechanical Project Engineer to join their high-performing team. • Support the Project Manager in all aspects of Plumbing & HVAC construction
• Collaborate with Field Supervisors
• Attend project meetings as necessary
• Maintain and update project logs
• Price change orders
• Manage RFIs (Request For Information) alongside the Project Manager
• Assist with the Submittal process
• Support procurement activities
• Coordinate with the BIM department and attend BIM meetings as needed
• Download and distribute project files
• Manage responses from the design team and distribute to team members
• Assist in developing man-loading charts with foremen and Superintendents
• Ensure timely submissions to the Contractor
• Assist in project projection processes
• Perform printing and copying tasks as directed

• Degree in Mechanical, Construction Engineering Management, Construction Management, or related plumbing/mechanical systems experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
• Ability to follow directions and listen effectively
• Desire to work in a team environment and learn on the job
