Project Engineer - Just Construction Recruitment : Job Details

A well-established and growing general contractor specializing in commercial projects across South Florida. With a reputation for delivering quality work, on time and within budget, we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and long-term client relationships.

They are currently looking for Project Engineers in West Palm Beach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Track project schedules and assist in maintaining timelines
• Support cost control, budgeting, and invoice processing
• Attend project meetings and assist in producing meeting minutes
• Help manage construction drawings and updates
• Conduct site visits and assist in quality and safety oversight
• Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers as needed

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience working in a commercial general contracting environment and be eager to grow into a long-term role with increasing responsibility.

This position will support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout the entire construction lifecycle; from preconstruction through project closeout.
